Kna saw them tumble in not far. "Go, hide yourself, Coxa. Bring the babies (idk what to call them lol) with you. I'll deal with my family," he hissed, nudging her into the shadows of the hole.

Cox ran and hid, but in her haste she forgot the babies.

Kna dragged the babies into a small cave and blocked the entrance with a rock. He jumped down from the cliff and landed in front of his family.

Kna's winfe Ank was there waiting for him, his cubs beside him. Ank loped to his wife and discussed with her. He couldn't kill her, that would be terrible. "Oh my fellow family, you must get out, this is no place for you. I'm here because it's my destiny and if I leave, the world will be set off balance. You on the other hand, if you stay here, you will offset all humanity and destroy the world." He grinned it was the first thing that came to his mind. Were they going to fall for it? He really did hpe for that. He nudged them forwards and pointed to lit stairs that led out only for them. Were they going to go?

Bla (that's the wifes name. Ank is the tiger that died XD) cocked her head. "What are you talking about?" "I'm saying that this world can't have too many inhabitants or everything will explode and die!" Kna shouted. He pointed again to the stairs with his tail. The climbed up into a tree, where a door made of stars spun constantly, leading to different worlds. Kno growled. "But Daddy, we just got here!" Kna pretended to soften. "I don't want you to die and I don't want our family to die," he said, lying slyly. "Oh, fiddelsticks, Kna!" Bla led her cubs up the stairs, waved with her tail, and disappeared through the starry door. It spun the around in circles and flung them through the portal to a whole new world. (A NEW FANTASTIC POINT OF VIEW!! lol) "Coxa, we're safe!" he called lovingly. He removed the babies from the cave.

Coxa dashed out with a smile, catching him in a loving embrace. "That was wonderful, Kna. You've learned to lie just as well as I have," she said. Kna nodded. "And now we're safe. The only inhabitants of the world. We can do what we want now." Coxa shook her head and clicked her toungue. "But Kna, there are other inhabitants out there. We just can't see them." Kna was surprised. "Really?" (I just realized he needs to be little dum dum) "Yes, and plenty."

"Anyways, my love. What shall we do with all the time in the world?" she asked with a smile. "I don't know, but something magical," Kna said grinning. "We could make ourselves inmortal," she mentioned abruptly. Kna blinked. "How will we do that?"

She whispered to him, "Follow me." She caught her breath and walked through the dark tunnel.

Kna nodded, but held her back from going farther. "What about the Coxa-lion cubs?"

"Oh my dear, how could I forget?" She asked as she pulled the Coxa-lion pets out of her plumage. "See, never forgotten."

"Ooh, how handy," Kna laughed happily. He followed her through the dark tunnel. After a while... it started glowing blue

Kna's eyes widened. "Why is–" Coxa cut him off. "It's the glow that comes from the fountain of eternal youth. Which ever being that bathes in its waters will have eternal youth." She opened her pouch to check on the cubs. "We won't dip our children until they're old enough. We don't want them to be newborns forever." Kna nodded. "Very true." Soon they had arrived at the fountain. Its water sparkled and glowed blue. Coxa smiled. "I'll go first. Hold the babies while I'm bathing." She passed the cubs to him. Kna cradled them in his arms. "Of course, dear. If anything goes wrong, I'll be here ready." Coxa nuzzled his cheek. "Thank you, love."

Coxa took a deep breath and jumped into the pool. The frigid water caressed her red and gold (lol gryffindor) plumage. She felt it comb through her feathers and touch her skin. She took a soft sip, just enough to keep her young. THen she climbed out. A blue glow engulfed her and then released her. She was dry and young forever. "Come, love. Your turn." She nestled the babies in her plumage and waited for Kna to come out.

Kna took a deep breath before jumping into the fountain. The water was cold but it was soothing and carressed his golden fur. He felt as it seeped through his fur and touched his skin. He came again to the surface, taking a large breath. Kna followed his wife's lead and took a sip of water. It was strangely smooth, slipping down his throat like honey. He climbed out. A blue glow surrounded him but his fur turned a radiant copper. He was inmortal. Kna dashed to Coxa's side and nuzzled her. "You look amazing, Coxa."
